Mike founded the firm in 1983 after spending three years at the accounting firm
of Pete Marwick & Mitchell. He earned his BSBA in accounting from John
Carroll University in 1977. Mike's vast experience includes business valuation,
mergers and acquisitions, and company recapitalization among others. He is a
trustee of four mutual funds and sits as a board member and advisor for
numerous companies.

Brian received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Kent
State University in 1987. He joined the firm in 1989 after spending two years
at Kopperman & Wolf Co., CPAs. In addition to his Bachelor degree, Brian
earned his Masters in Taxation from the University of Akron in 1995. As a
former member of the Ohio Society of CPAs Tax Legislation Committee and a
current member of the OSCPA Cleveland Chapter Tax Committee, he has access to
information on a wide range of federal, state, and local tax issues before they
are the subject of legislation or IRS rulings. Brian also has a strong
background in construction accounting and real estate development.

Mike joined the firm in 1997 after spending seven years at the accounting firm
of Hobe & Lucas, Inc. Mike received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting
from the University of Akron in 1990. He is currently undertaking the
development of the Retirement and Employee Benefit division within our firm.
Among Mike's specialties are construction accounting and employee benefits
accounting.

Susan is an accounting associate with over 20 years of accounting and tax
expertise including one year as a manager at an H&R Block office.

Kevin joined the firm in 2005 after earning his Bachelor’s degree from Cleveland State University.
He spent one year as a tax preparer at Liberty Tax Service. His expertise includes bookkeeping
and individual income tax.

Dario joined the firm in 2007 after working for over 3 years as a Tax Analyst for Creative Solutions
in Dexter, Michigan, one of the country’s leading developers of tax and accounting software. He has a
Bachelor of Arts degree from Miami University (Oxford, Ohio) and has over 7 years of accounting and tax
expertise. He also is a member of the National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP).

Pauline is a paraprofessional who joined our staff in 1998. Pauline's expertise
includes bookkeeping and payroll tax compliance requirements.
